Senior Data Architect / Data Modeler Dallas, TX (uptown) - onsite 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week SUMMARY We are seeking a Senior Data Architect, with strong data modeling skills, to improve our current data posture on what is a leading real estate analytics platform. You'll spend a lot of your time developing data models using a variety of canonical techniques and industry best practices. This is a highly visible role that has significant impact across thousands of users impacting billions of dollars in assets and revenue. What you'll be doing Data modeling in accordance with industry best practicesWork across a range of product initiatives requiring guidance in data architecture and implementationReview architecture direction for new data implementation or updating of existing data structures.Collaborate closely with global counterparts to ensure the uniformity and best standards of deliverables across the organization. Skills we're seeking 7+ years of experience with Data Architecture and/or Data ModelingMust have strong experience with data modeling, including logical and physical data modelsMust have experience with data modeling tools such as ErwinMust have experience with data modeling techniques such as 3NF, dimensional, etc.Must have experience building ER diagramsExperience with cloud-based OLAP systems, ideally SnowflakeMust have strong SQL Server, Azure SQL or PostgreSQL experience Nice to have experience Azure experience, ideally with depth in Azure data servicesExperience working on analytics platformsExperience working in the real estate industryBachelor's or Master's Degree in an IT related field
