Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender at Rock and Roll Pizza Bar, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and craft delicious drinks will enhance our guests' experience, whether they are enjoying a night out at our nightclub or attending a catered event. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations while handling food and beverages. Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering as necessary. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage service is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
