Special Food ServicesAdministration of Environmental Quality ProgramsEmployment ServicesManagement, Scientific, and Technical Consulting ServicesOther Transportation Equipment ManufacturingOverviewFoundation Personnel, a leading Geotechnical and Foundations recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team.Our client is a leading specialty contractor delivering advanced foundation and ground improvement solutions for complex geotechnical challenges across North America.ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing civil projects encompassing various aspects of deep foundations, retention systems, and ground improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.Break down project activities and assign responsibilities to team members.Perform cost analysis and develop accurate project estimates.Establish and manage project budgets based on approved estimates.Conduct risk assessments, report findings to leadership, and recommend mitigation strategies, including project suspension if necessary.Address project-related questions, concerns, and issues throughout the lifecycle.Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.Oversee and coordinate consultants, contractors, and subject matter experts during planning, design, and construction phases.Communicate effectively with senior leadership, public officials, stakeholders, and external agencies.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support project success.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 8 years’ experience in special foundations/geotechnical foundations involving CFA & Drilled shafts experienceExperience at least 1 major project over $20MPMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
