Licensed Practical Nurse Location: Lewiston, Maine Pay Rate: $50 to $52/hr Contract: 13 weeks Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM Experience: Minimum 2 years required About the Role We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week night-shift opportunity in Lewiston, Maine. This role supports post-acute, long-term care, skilled nursing, dementia care, and transitional rehab patients in a resident-focused care environment. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect nursing care to LTC, SNF, and post-acute residents Support residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, rehab, wound care, IV therapy, and geriatric needs Administer medications and treatments according to care plans Document patient care accurately using Epic Float to other units as needed and support a safe therapeutic environment Requirements active maine or compact lpn license required with no licensure hits bls/bcls certification required minimum 2 years of lpn experience required ltc, snf, post-acute, rehab, or dementia care experience preferred must reside outside 50-mile radius and be available for night shift, holiday coverage, and floating as needed Take the next step in your LPN career with a strong night-shift opportunity where your care, teamwork, and compassion can truly support residents every shift.
