What To ExpectThe Energy Electrical Engineering team designs the eyes, ears, and brains of Tesla’s Vehicle & Optimus charging and residential/industrial energy storage products. This skilled and motivated individual will keep pushing this evolving industry forward by designing and developing best-in-class wireless communication solutions.What You'll DoDesign and develop RF hardware/system and/or antenna designs for energy productsCollaborate with electrical, antenna design, mechanical, firmware, EMC, compliance, reliability, and manufacturing test engineersTake full ownership of the wireless design process—from specification through design, prototyping, validation, and manufacturingReview schematics and guide layout from RF perspective, perform impedance matching, bring up and validate wireless hardwareDrive RF module and IC suppliers to develop roadmap and best-in-class RF performanceWhat You'll BringBachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience3+ years relevant work experienceKnowledge of RF hardware design or antenna design.
