Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Vascular Surgery team across Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. This role is focused primarily on outpatient care with some hospital-based responsibilities. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable working at multiple locations throughout the area. OR experience is a strong plus, but not essential. Key Responsibilities: Perform outpatient consultations, physical exams, and pre/post-operative evaluations Manage vascular patients under the supervision of the surgeon Perform in-office procedures as appropriate Assist in the operating room as needed Maintain detailed and timely documentation in EMR systems Coordinate care and follow-up between multiple practice and hospital sites Collaborate with clinical staff and administrative teams to optimize patient care Requirements: Current Florida Physician Assistant license NCCPA Certification Prior experience in vascular surgery or a surgical specialty preferred Strong interpersonal skills and clinical judgment Willingness to travel within Broward and Miami-Dade counties EMR proficiency Self-motivated and organized What We Offer:We provide a tailor-made compensation and benefits package based on your experience and background.
