Job Title: RN - Adult CareLocation: New York, NYShift & Schedule: 37.50 Hours per Week | 5 Days per Week | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Every other weekend coverage requiredPosition Overview:Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - Adult Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.Duties:• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans• Provide bedside nursing care for pre- and post-surgery patients• Administer medications and document records• Perform wound care, infection control, and dressing changes• Insert catheters and start IV therapy• Monitor vitals and report adverse reactions• Assist with discharge planning• Educate patients and families on care and recovery• Maintain patient records and documentationRequirements:• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience (acute or post-acute, recent within 1 year)• Experience in home care (traveling to patient homes required)• Active New York State RN License• BLS (AHA) required• Associate Degree in Nursing requiredFor more details contact athdavda@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
