Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer

Title: Senior Quadient Inspire EngineerLocation: Remote (preferred candidates near client offices in Alpharetta, GA; Rancho Cordova, CA; or Oakland/San Francisco, CA)Duration: 1+ Year; potential contract-to-hireResponsibilities:Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise scale customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platformBuild and support multi channel customer communications including printed and digital documents, customer emails, reports, and other system generated outputsGenerate and support outputs in multiple industry standard formats including PDF and AFPEnsure all customer communications meet ADA accessibility and compliance requirementsDevelop reusable, data driven communication components using Quadient Inspire Designer, Inspire Automation Scalar, Inspire Interactive, Content Manager, and Approve WorkflowIntegrate Quadient Inspire with upstream and downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIsPartner with business and IT stakeholders to define communication requirements, delivery channels, and compliance needsTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data, formatting, rendering, accessibility, and performanceEnsure customer communications comply with security, audit, regulatory, and quality standardsParticipate in software development lifecycle activities including design reviews, testing, releases, and documentationQualifications:Required QualificationsQuadient Inspire certifications in Inspire Designer, Inspire Scalar, and Inspire InteractiveFive or more years of professional IT or software engineering experienceThree or more years of hands on Quadient Inspire experience in a production enterprise environmentProven experience building end to end document generation solutions beyond template developmentStrong understanding of data driven document compositionProgramming experience with Groovy Script, Java Script, Python, or a combination of theseExperience working in enterprise IT environments with formal development lifecycle, quality assurance, and release processesRequired EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldEquivalent education and experience may be considered when Quadient Inspire expertise is strongPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting high volume customer facing communicationsExperience with customer communications management platforms in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or financial servicesExperience with API based integrations using REST and SOAPExperience ensuring accessibility and compliance of customer communications including ADA and WCAG standardsExperience supporting multi channel delivery strategies including print, email, and digital deliverySQL experience with querying and validating data from relational databasesExperience participating in platform modernization or cloud migration initiatives
