Over 3,500 retail units sold in the past 12 months with over 100% sales efficiency for both Ford and Lincoln
This is a rare opportunity within the Ford dealer network to lead a store with stand-alone Ford, Lincoln, and Ford Pro Elite. Angela Krause Ford Lincoln is a well resourced operation with great employees, sales history, and market presence to scale even further—especially in the commercial, government, and fleet segments. The ideal candidate brings deep operational experience, proven leadership capability, and the ability to execute at a high level in a complex, multi-facility environment.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Achieving a minimum 5% net to sales
Oversee all dealership operations and processes for Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Commercial/Fleet
Ensure operational excellence, process consistency, and a great culture
Compliance with Ford and Lincoln standards
Lead the continued development of commercial and fleet sales and growth of the Ford Pro Elite commercial service
Maintain over 100% sales efficiency for Ford and Lincoln
CSI Scores need to be above region for both Ford and Lincoln for both sales and service
Strengthening market share through strategic planning, community engagement, and brand stewardship
Maximize capacity and efficiency across multiple service centers
Optimize mobile service to support Ford, Lincoln, fleet, and commercial customers
Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team across all departments
Build a culture of accountability, growth, and customer first execution
Collaborate with ownership on long term strategy, capital planning, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
General Manager experience required
Ford GM experience strongly preferred
Proven record leading high volume operations
Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
Demonstrated success developing people and building strong teams
Experience with commercial and fleet business is a plus
High integrity, effective communication skills, and a leadership style that inspires trust and performance
