Research Associate II – Cytology

We are seeking a Research Associate II – Cytology to join our onsite laboratory team. This role will support research, development, and laboratory experimentation for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervisionPerform laboratory experiments, analyze data, and document findings accuratelyPrepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analysesTroubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate and compliant lab documentation (GMP/GLP standards)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goalsContribute to process improvements and innovation initiativesTrain and guide junior team members when neededBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline2–4 years of relevant laboratory experienceStrong experience with laboratory techniques and data analysisFamiliarity with scientific literature review and reporting toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience handling cytology specimens and preparing slidesHands-on experience with systems like Hologic T2000 or similar platformsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
