Serving a select number of clients annually, the team prioritizes personalized attention and exceptional experiences for their discerning clientele.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO of a boutique luxury concierge business in Beverly Hills. This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Beverly Hills, CA area. This is a hands-on, in-person role supporting a fast-moving founder who operates at a strategic level and needs a strong executor to bring structure, follow-through, and precision to daily operations. Additional responsibilities include preparing correspondence, managing logistics for meetings and events, maintaining organizational systems, and providing overall executive support.This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes — someone who takes pride in flawless execution, organization, and anticipating needs before they arise.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day execution of tasks, priorities, and follow-upsCoordinate schedules, meetings, and internal workflowsDraft, proofread, and organize professional documents and communicationsBuild and maintain systems (SOPs, checklists, trackers)Support operational processes including onboarding, vendors, and logisticsEnsure nothing falls through the cracks — you are the final layer of detail and accountabilityQualificationsExceptionally detail-oriented and highly organizedProactive, reliable, and able to manage tasks independentlyOutstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless interaction with high-profile clients and internal teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environmentCapability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalismHigh attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesExperience in luxury, concierge, or high-net-worth clientele industries is a plusProficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, calendar management platforms)
