Move & Pack Associate

Move & Pack AssociateIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Move & Pack Associate to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality moving services and exceptional customer service while handling customer items with care. Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology. Full time hours: Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required. What You'll Do Pack, load, and unload customer items at residences and the warehouse to ensure a seamless storage experience. Collaborate with a team of helpers to complete 13 moving jobs daily while acting as the face of Clutter to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational protocols by accurately tracking and managing logistics data through our mobile application. What You'll Bring Basic Requirements: At least 18 years of age Physical Capability: Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Technical Aptitude: Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday. Relevant Experience: Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred. Reasonably expected salary range: $44,300.00 - $55,400.00. Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
