Project Estimator

Nashville Siteworks is looking to hire a construction project estimator. This position requires experience with Project Estimating, Scheduling, Budgeting, and Field Experience. We are looking to hire someone who has experience with Civil site work, Pool Construction, Landscaping, and Masonry. Must live in Middle Tennessee area Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly Responsibilities: Calculate the cost estimate of all project tasks and accurately manage the project budget Collaborate with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to determine the needed resources and scope of work, including necessary materials and expected labor required Implement systems to organize tools, vehicles, and equipment, and schedule maintenance for them if necessary Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met Qualifications: Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills Must be able to estimate based on Site Plans Must be able to estimate Landscape Plans Must be able to drive to job sites About Company Nashville Siteworks is a licensed general contracting company that manages a range of construction projects.
