This role offers the opportunity to get hands-on involvement in design analysis, testing, prototyping, cross-team collaboration, and mentoring-offering comprehensive engineering involvement in the product life cycle and impact on the aggregate industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate product design and development for crushing equipment used in processing bulk material and aggregatesDesign and detail custom crushing equipmentPerform design analysis for componentsCreate drawings and bills of material that are accurate and contain all information required by productionLead product development projectsPerform testing and prototyping of new productsEvaluate and implement design changesProvide support to sales and service teamsMentor other team members on crusher specific design principlesOther duties as assigned CompensationThe starting pay range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000.
