Our client is an asset management firm. They seek an Office Administrator to join their Westport, CT office. ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing the main phone line and front-of-office experienceOversee office operations, including maintenance coordination, building management relations, and overall workplace functionalityAdminister office, kitchen, and cell phone supplies; manage daily kitchen upkeep and twice-weekly office lunch orderingArrange business and personal travel for Principals, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and related expense reportingCoordinate logistics for office events, visiting guests, and industry conferences, ensuring seamless executionMaintain company calendars, earnings schedules, and scheduling logistics, including quarterly reporting timelinesPrepare reports and provide general administrative support, including scanning, filing, mailing, and document organizationSupport Research, Marketing, and Sales teams with travel logistics, expense reports, and day-to-day administrative needsAssist the Marketing/Sales function with document and presentation formatting, CRM data entry, reporting, and website updatesExecute ad hoc projects and supplemental assignments as needed to support firm operations and leadershipRequirementsCollege degree requiredRelevant experience in an office administration role Financial services industry experience preferredAbility to work independently in a team environmentWillingness to learn and solve problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail-orientedProficient with WordPress, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelKnowledge about the use and maintenance of CRM databases requiredThis opportunity is in office 5x a week in the Westport, CT officeJobID: 47891
