Apply via Dice today!Post-Trade OperationsAnalyze and document post-trade operational processes across the trade lifecycle Support trade settlement processes and exception handling Manage reconciliation activities between trading systems, custodians, and back-office systems Ensure accuracy and timeliness of post-trade processing Business AnalysisGather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), and user stories Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams Manage relationships with key stakeholders across operations, technology, and compliance Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Provide status updates and coordinate project deliverables Regulatory & ComplianceSupport regulatory reporting requirements and initiatives Ensure processes comply with industry regulations and internal policies Document compliance-related requirements and control frameworks Technology CollaborationWork closely with developers, QA teams, and IT infrastructure teams Support implementation of trading platforms and operational systems Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) Assist with system testing, UAT coordination, and defect management Regards,RajanMail ID :Desk : +1
