The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's growth and long-term goals. This includes partnering with the CEO and senior leadership to evaluate new initiatives, franchising, site development, and M&A opportunities. The role also involves leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, as well as overseeing all accounting, audit, and tax functions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise environments, and a proven track record in managing P&L, capital structures, and growth initiatives. Experience in private equity or investor-backed environments is strongly preferred. The CFO will also be responsible for capital and treasury management, including securing funding for growth and optimizing capital allocation. Leadership and team development are crucial, as the CFO will be expected to build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team, and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
