Our family-run business is committed to building ideal relationships with customers, employees, and communities by crafting some of our industry’s most innovative and trusted tools.Area Sales Manager - Northern Indiana/Southwest MichiganPerks of the Job:Competitive Salary + Quarterly Performance BonusesFlexibility with Remote Work (Must Live Within 30 Minutes of Market)Pension Plan & 401(k) Plan with Employer MatchCompany Vehicle & Travel AllowancesMedical, Vision, and Dental Benefits on Day 1Comprehensive Benefits PackageSubstantial Parental Leave + Vacation BenefitsEducation and Professional Development AssistanceVariety in Your Work Environment Working with Customers Face-to-FaceResponsibilities:Manage your defined territory and set the sales strategy to capture new markets, expand our footprint, and achieve sales targets.Build relationships with distributors and end-users to drive product adoption and loyalty.Develop and implement sales plans that align with market trends and company goals.Use data and market insights to refine your approach and maximize revenue opportunities.Partner with distributors to develop product promotion strategies.Train and educate trade school trainers on proper use of products.Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree is required2-5+ years of experience in sales (inside sales, outside sales, field sales, etc.) within the tools, construction, or related industryKnowledge of the tools market, key players, and what drives purchasing decisionsA demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growthAbility to develop a sales strategy and pivot when necessary to achieve resultsHighly autonomous with a strong entrepreneurial drive to build and manage territoryExcellent communication (verbal, written and presentation), negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.The expected annual salary for this position is between $76,303.00 and $102,627.00 (plus quarterly incentive bonuses and a provided vehicle with gas and insurance reimbursements).
