Foremen think about the big picture to plan the work, then make sure that plan is worked. They are accountable for the safety, quality, and productivity of all crew members while completing construction projects for our customers.What You'll DoProvide leadership and direction to welders and welder helpers, rendering hands-on assistance as neededPlan and manage construction jobs from start to finishProvide on time and complete paperwork, reports, and status updatesCoordinate equipment and construction crewsTrain crews in the proper use of equipment, processes, safety and qualityAnalyze and resolve work problemsMaintain and manage time records, paperwork and safety reportsMaintain all industry required Operator QualificationsOther duties as requested by leadershipWhat You'll Have3+ years' gas-pipeline construction and replacement experienceMust have welding OQ and certificationsPossess functioning and safe welding equipment required (we will supply a welding truck)Ability to weld on high pressure steel pipelines to company's and customer's standardsCompleted O.S.H.A.
