TITLE: Sailpoint DeveloperLOCATION: Remote (but in Colorado is preferred)TYPE: ContractLENGTH: Thru the end of 2026, extensions possibleRATE: OpenRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Developer to support the transition from our homegrown platform to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This work is being performed in parallel with a districtwide migration from PeopleSoft to Workday HCM, creating important dependencies around identity lifecycle events, data structures, and integration patterns. The developer will work closely with the Information Security & IdAM team and key business stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration, effective integration, and a sustainable long-term governance model.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing identity and governance workflows, data structures, and provisioning logic to inform SailPoint ISC design and implementation.Build, configure, and deploy SailPoint ISC components, including lifecycle automation, access request workflows, certifications, and policy enforcement.Develop and maintain integrations using SailPoint cloud connectors, REST/SCIM APIs, and event-driven workflowsSupport data mapping, transformation, and migration activities from homegrown system to ISC, with special attention to changes introduced by the PeopleSoft → Workday transition.Collaborate with the Information Security & IdAM team to document requirements, technical designs, and operational procedures.Required Experience & SkillsDemonstrated experience implementing or supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex environments.Strong understanding of IGA concepts: provisioning, role management, access certifications, separation of duties, and identity lifecycle.Hands-on experience with Java, Beanshell, and modern integration patterns (REST, SCIM, event-driven workflows).Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory/LDAP), identity stores, and enterprise application integration.Experience working with HRIS systems and identity lifecycle dependencies, ideally including Workday HCM.Ability to analyze legacy systems and translate existing logic into modern IGA workflows.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience migrating from a legacy or homegrown IGA solution.Experience supporting SailPoint implementations during major HRIS transitions (e.g., Peoplesoft to Workday).Ability to analyze and interpret legacy Hermes code written in C#.NET.Experience with PowerShell scripting.Experience in K-12 or public sector environments.Knowledge of HRIS/SIS systems commonly used in school districts.
