The UX Designer Co-op will pair with an experienced Designer to learn from them and assist with user experience project work. The responsibilities include:Helping conduct user research, including surveys, contextual inquiries, and usability tests.Helping develop personas, journey maps, and empathy maps for business units.Assisting with design tasks such as sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.Qualifications • Actively pursuing or recently graduated (within 24 months) from a degree program in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Usability Engineering, Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), Certified User Experience (CXA), or related discipline.• Ability to commute to our Louisville, KY office on a hybrid basis.Basic Qualifications • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
