The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and distributed systems, along with proven technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Lead technical design discussions and define scalable application architecture.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed applications.
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure coding standards.
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application and database performance.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Implement secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
Support CI/CD, cloud deployments, and containerized applications.
Core Java: Java 11/17+, OOP, Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, Design Patterns.
Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Hibernate/JPA.Microservices: Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture.
Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.
Messaging: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TDD, Unit Testing, and Integration Testing.
Frontend Knowledge: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Security: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, AWS IAM, or Azure Entra ID.10–15 years of overall software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot-based enterprise applications.
Proven expertise in microservices and cloud-native architecture.
Experience in system design, application scalability, and performance optimization.
Strong technical leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to mentor developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
