In addition to walk-in coolers and freezers, we are a leading supplier of modular insulated panels and refrigeration products for large warehouses, pharmaceutical applications, universities, government, and military applications.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans that accurately represent designs and specifications for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant software applications.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects.- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) to create and modify design documents.- Interpret and translate concepts into technical drawings, including schematics, diagrams, layouts, and models.- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes during the drafting process.- Revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and project requirements.- Maintain organized records of drawings and documents for project tracking and future reference.- Stay updated on the latest drafting technologies and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.Qualifications:- Associate's degree or equivalent in Drafting, Design Technology, Architecture, or a related field.- Proven experience as a draftsman or drafter.- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Civil 3D).- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, building codes, and industry regulations.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.- Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization software is a plus.Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort Term DisabilityLife Insurance401K Company MatchHow to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and relevant experience to our career page.
