Entry-Level AccountantLocation: Venice, FloridaSalary: $50,000-$55,000About This Company and OpportunityOur client is a stable, mission-focused organization with a collaborative and supportive finance team.Opportunity to join an organization committed to community impact and service.Inclusive culture that values teamwork, integrity, and professional growth.This role provides hands-on exposure to month-end close, reporting, and core accounting functions.Ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong accounting foundation.Offers mentorship, training, and long-term career development.Entry-Level Accountant ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.Support month-end and year-end close processes.Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, fixed assets, and expenses.Prepare balance sheet and select income statement reconciliations.Help prepare monthly financial statements and internal management reports.Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.Assist with audit preparation and supporting documentation.Perform bank reconciliations and help resolve banking issues.Support accounting systems and process improvement initiatives.Provide backup support for accounts payable/receivable and special projects.Entry-Level Accountant RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting required0-2 years of relevant experience (internships and recent graduates encouraged to apply).Basic understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.#LI-ONSITE EB-1011643698
