We are hiring a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team in a rural outpatient clinic setting.Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination within a primary care environment.Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in school and community outreach programs.Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record system.Qualifications include an MSW, Missouri LCSW license (or eligibility), with preferred experience in clinical or medical settings.
