Our clients include ground-breaking start-up companies and well-established billion-dollar organizations that want to find their next generation of talent.The JobWe're currently seeking entry-level talent to join our Sales Internship Program for Summer 2026. This internship is designed for current bachelor's students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment and learning how business development works from start to finish.Interns will work alongside experienced sales team members and gain exposure to the full sales process. From initial outreach calls and relationship building to client engagement and closing support, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to real business initiatives. This program is designed to further develop communication skills and teach how to navigate professional conversations with clients through meaningful experience. Interns will receive mentorship from experienced professionals and develop a strong foundation in consultative sales, client engagement, and business strategy.Responsibilities:Responsible for contacting sales leads and setting up sales meetings for the Executive TeamManage calling activities, notes, and follow-ups in HUBSpotResponsible for researching open jobs, qualifying the job category and industry, and identifyingthe top local decision makers to contactRepresent yourself and the company as a consultative partner by understanding a customer's business needs and providing solutionsDifferentiate Katapult from competitors and overcome objections by focusing on Katapult's unique niche of helping recent college graduates and companies come togetherKeep management informed by submitting activity and results reportsMeet or exceeds daily call, sales, and research goalsContribute to team effort by collaborating and accomplishing results as neededRequirements:* Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a Bachelor's DegreeQualifications:Communication: Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skillsAchievement-Oriented: Focuses on driving strong results in metrics through persistence and gritDecision-Making: Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions using sound reasoning and logicCompetitive and team-focused: Eager to learn and work alongside a team of professionals to achieve goalsPositive and Humble: A hunger to learn and a winning attitudePeople-oriented: Strong customer service and relationship-building skillsCompetitive and Persistent: Enjoys pushing through challenges to get the results they're looking forPay:* $16-20/hr base rate + uncapped sales commissionStructure:* Part-time over the summer of 2026* In-person 8-hour shifts on both Wednesdays and Thursdays
