This role blends leadership and hands-on work (50/50), supervising a small team while actively supporting HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building systems.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians (team of ~3)Manage work orders, vendors, and preventive maintenance programsPerform hands-on repairs (HVAC, pumps, boilers, electrical, plumbing)Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiencySupport building readiness and ongoing operationsRequirements:5+ years in commercial facility maintenance (high-rise/complex buildings preferred)Strong HVAC and multi-system knowledge (BMS, fire/life safety, generators)Hands-on experience + leadership capabilityOSHA knowledge; EPA Certification preferredMust be flexible for rotating shifts, on-call duties, and overtime.Ideal for candidates who grew from technician to supervisor and thrive in high-responsibility roles.
