Project Manager With Experience In Construction ProjectsLocation: Windsor Mill, MDDuration: 2 YearsNo of Positions: 5Skills Required:PM will be part of the PM group (managing utility projects).Projects will involve the following areas:Substation (building new & modifications of older substations)Gas & electric distributionGas transmission (replacing of older pipelines)Projects can range in size $250K - $10M (most are $2-5M)8-10 yrs. of PM experiencePrefer ppl with construction experience, taking project from cradle to grave (design, construction, managing contractors)Utility experience (not hard requirement)Good financial and contract mgmt skills with ExcelPMP is preference but not requiredLooking for diverse candidates (gender & ethnicity)
