Procurement Manager - Data Center Services

**About the Role:**As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible forsourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services.You will support internal stakeholders by developing and executing sourcing andprocurement strategies that align with business goals. This is a remote role,as stakeholders are geographically distributed.This position is part of the Procurement function, which isresponsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials fromvendors and suppliers.**What You'll Do:**· Provide guidance and support to account teams inthe areas of contract negotiations, vendor relationships, invoice disputes,escalations, and other procurement-related matters.· Develop and execute sourcing strategies foroutsourced services, ensuring alignment with client or departmental objectives.· Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contractsand other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.· Manage the supplier and contractor certificationprocess and conduct periodic reviews of vendor performance.· Lead contract lifecycle activities includingterminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals, ensuring compliance withcompany standards.· Analyze spend, supplier performance, and servicescopes to identify opportunities for value creation and cost optimization.· Provide guidance on contemporary outsourcingpractices and their strategic value.· Offer strategic input and support for RFPdevelopment and solution selection when needed.· Navigate complex and ambiguous situations withsound judgment and adaptability.· Success in this role will be measured throughkey performance indicators (KPIs), including cost savings achieved, supplierperformance ratings, and stakeholder satisfaction.**What You'll Need:**· Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years ofrelevant experience. A combination of education and experience will beconsidered.· C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications oreligibility preferred.· Strong communication skills with the ability toconvey expectations and resolve challenges effectively.· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus oncollaboration and relationship-building are essential for successful engagementwith stakeholders and suppliers.· Demonstrated ability to work independently andmanage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.· Experience in data center services procurementis a plus.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word,Excel, Outlook, etc.).· Strong analytical and financial acumen,including the ability to perform complex calculations.· Comfort working in environments with ambiguityand evolving priorities.Equal Employment Opportunity: CBRE is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
