Technician Factory Quality (Weekend Shift)
Position Summary
As the Factory Quality Technician, you will administer activities and programs in the Quality Assurance department. This includes the development, maintenance and application of established standards and enforcement of these standards throughout the plant to ensure production of quality products from production to finished product, and through their consumer life.
Responsibilities
Perform physical, and sensory tests on finished products collected from the dry pet packing room accurately and precisely.
Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of lab equipment, including maintenance, cleaning, and calibration.
Work as a team with other lab associates to achieve shift, department, and factory objectives.
Assist in preparation for compliance audits.
Follow laboratory practices and lab safety manual guidelines.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, or related environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $49,500 to $64,900 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
