Associate Attorney Litigation

Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Baltimore, Maryland office in the firm’s litigation department. Qualified candidates will have excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, and detail oriented with at least 1+ years of litigation experience (preferably insurance defense). J.D. from an accredited law school and a MD bar license is required. Experience taking and defending depositions is preferred, but not required.Our practice is multi-jurisdictional, and preference may be given to candidates who are also licensed to practice in PA and/or VA.
