Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This full-time position allows you to work with a diverse K-12 caseload, partnering with educators and families to help students build essential skills for success. You'll have the opportunity to oversee a manageable caseload of approximately 20 students while providing guidance and supervision to two dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). Your clinical expertise will be valued as you complete evaluations and develop intervention plans tailored to each student's unique needs.What We're Looking For:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programCurrent licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in VirginiaPrevious experience working in a school setting, especially with K-12 populations, is highly preferredExperience in evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy interventionsStrong communication skills and a collaborative spiritAbility to effectively supervise and support COTAsKey Responsibilities:Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to a caseload of 20 studentsConduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plansCollaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student goals are metProvide supervision and mentoring to COTAsMaintain timely and accurate therapy documentationParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussionsThis contract role offers a competitive compensation range of $40-$50+ per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.If you're passionate about helping students reach their full potential and thrive within a collaborative educational environment, we encourage you to apply today.
