Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. You'll have the opportunity to oversee a manageable caseload of approximately 20 students while providing guidance and supervision to two dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
