HybridWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, platform stability, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules to support IT and business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performanceConfigure and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and formsManage users, roles, groups, and access controlsSupport and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and VR modulesPerform upgrades, patches, and platform releases, including testing and validationMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issuesMaintain documentation for configurations, processes, and proceduresCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutionsEnsure platform compliance with security and governance standardsProvide Tier 2/3 support and training for end users as neededRequired Qualifications3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experienceStrong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and VR processesExperience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping conceptsExperience with ServiceNow upgrades and release managementStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systemsFamiliarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification a plus)Ralliant Corporation OverviewRalliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
