Production Technician for High Growth Flavor & Aroma Company!

As a Production Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring products are formulated, dispensed, labeled, and packaged with precision. Your shift runs from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. This role operates primarily in our ISO 9001 Production Clean Room, requiring you to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while alternating between standing and sitting tasks. You’ll follow standardized procedures to hand-blend formulations and operate state-of-the-art automated equipment for select work orders. Attention to detail and adherence to safe work practices are essential to maintaining efficiency and quality. As a dependable team player, you show up on time and contribute positively to a collaborative environment. You’re also proactive about identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining processes.
