ABA Program Supervisor (Spanish Speaking)

Case Supervisor in charge of created programs of clients. Will work closely with BCBA About Morpho Behavioral Services Hello, we are Morpho Behavioral Services. We provide ABA services. We use a “best practice” approach to intervention in which the most current scientifically-supported ABA methods are implemented. Some of the teaching techniques routinely utilized in our program include discrete-trial teaching (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), errorless teaching, shaping, and differential reinforcement. Our efforts are aimed at individually tailoring each intervention program to address a child’s specific needs. We teach with an emphasis on maximizing every learner’s independence and producing meaningful outcomes that generalize to a variety of family members and settings. We partner with parents in the design and implementation of each child’s treatment plan. Our focus on parent training ensures that children have maximum opportunities to practice and refine emerging skills. Description We are professional and agile. Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Work-from-home days About the Position: We are looking to hire individuals who are willing to contribute immediately by supervising programs, training behavior therapists, overseeing the quality of each individual's program, manage data and measure intervention effectiveness, conduct and write assessments, write reports and programs, schedule cases, and lead team meetings. Qualifications Conduct themselves in a professional, responsible and reliable manner Have a motivation to learn new skills and help people Be over the age of 21 Possess a valid driver's license, own a vehicle and have proof of automobile insurance Complete and pass livescan fingerprint check Passed a recent (with-in two years) tuberculosis test Completed at least a bachelor's degree, be enrolled in Masters program and have at least three years' experience providing ABA interventions with individuals with ASD, MR, PDD, CP or other developmental disabilities or combination of disabilities Able to work with and communicate with all the client's team members including parents/caregivers Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, PRT, incidental teachings and other ABA strategies Able to work independently with little direction Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds Able to sit on the ground, sit on small chairs and bend and move at the waist Available to commute to different locations to provide services Communicate effectively in an oral and written format Understand and use basic computer operations Previous training as Lead Interventionist preferred Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred Highly Competitive Compensation Free Telehealth Annual Review and advancement opportunities Paid BCBA/LMFT Supervision Hours Flexible schedules Mileage compensation Supportive management and excellent teamwork environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Medical Specialty: Pediatrics Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road Salary $28 - $30 per hour
