UAT & Project Management Support Analyst - Contract Position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a UAT & Project Management Support Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized UAT & Project Management Support Analyst to drive project coordination, testing support, reporting, and governance across multiple initiatives. This role serves as a key connector among project managers, test managers, UAT testers, vendors, and delivery teams in a fast-paced commercial banking environment. The ideal candidate excels at structuring information, maintaining consistent reporting, and supporting complex workflows. This role is 100% in-office, 5 days per week. Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day project coordination across multiple workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and issuesDrive workflow coordination across numerous projects, ensuring alignment across teams, vendors, and UAT cyclesConsolidate data from multiple delivery teams and vendors into unified, consistent reportingDevelop and maintain standardized project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level summariesCreate business review materials, project trackers, and executive-ready presentationsPartner with UAT testers to coordinate testing cycles, track test execution, organize defects, and support readiness activitiesAssist in the shift from manual testing to more automated processesManage Jira updates for stories, defects, test progress, and remediation stepsCreate accurate, timely status reports, dashboards, and consolidated progress views for leadershipRun data queries and conduct advanced analysis to support decision-makingMaintain project artifacts and test documentation in Confluence and DMS Requirements:4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalentStrong project management and coordination experience across multi-team environmentsProven ability to produce executive-level reporting, dashboards, and structured summariesAdvanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, visualizations)Proficiency building professional presentations in PowerPointExperience performing testing using automation tools and scripts (Tosca preferred)Strong UAT background with a minimum of 3 years of commercial banking experienceExperience testing mobile devices and ATMsExperience running queries (SQL or similar)Hands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceDemonstrated ability to work independently, self-manage, and drive outcomesAbility to work onsite 5 days per week Desired skills:Exposure to test automation teams or automated UAT frameworksExperience in large financial institutions, PMO environments, or matrixed delivery structuresFamiliarity with DMS tools and structured documentation practices Pay range: $36.56 - $44.56 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
