In this position, you'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.We strive for every interaction to be driven by our CORE values: Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, and Social Responsibility.ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solutionGuide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needsAnalyze existing systems, tax jurisdiction requirements, and business processesPartner with clients to understand their business and related needsIncorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solutionUtilize broad payroll and tax knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriateUnderstand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solutionSupport high volume internal and external case management utilizing CRM system Support the client through multiple channels including email, phone, and portal systemAbility to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needsBuild long term relationship and trustInteract/collaborate with ADP associates in Sales, Implementation, and ServiceExchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they ariseQualifications RequiredAt least 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environmentAt least 1 year of business consulting experienceBasic knowledge of HCM product featuresWorking knowledge of Payroll and Tax laws and business processesBachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demandsAbility to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasksStrong client relationship skills including the ability to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needsMust be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standardsMust be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate levelAbility to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situationsProficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systemsExcellent analytical skills and time management skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProficient using Microsoft OfficeFundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)A little about ADP: We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
