We're looking for a Loan Officer who thrives on developing strong client relationships while managing a dynamic portfolio of commercial real estate loans. In this role, you won't just evaluate deals you'll help shape them. What You'll Do This is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days are the same. You'll: Grow your portfolio by building new client relationships and expanding existing ones Meet with business clients, understand their needs, and structure smart lending solutionsAnalyze financials, cash flow, and credit risk to make sound lending decisionsPrepare and present loan packages for approval Monitor loan performance and proactively manage risk and portfolio qualityWork with clients to resolve issues, including delinquencies or loan restructuringPartner across the organization by referring clients to other banking servicesRepresent the bank at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunitiesContribute to projects, committees, and initiatives that support the Lending Division What Makes You a Great Fit You're more than just numbers you're a communicator, a strategist, and a trusted advisor.
