Join our team as a Cloud Support Engineer in this hybrid role, with 2-3 days onsite, contributing to the Investment Management’s Cloud Program. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting the operational aspects of the Cloud Program, covering Monitoring, Identity and Secrets Management, Backups, Recovery, and Incident Response. This position collaborates with Cloud Platform Engineering, Development, InfoSec, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to build secure, scalable solutions for explosive business growth.Provide frontline Cloud operational support, incident management, and administration for Morgan Stanley (AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, Confluent Cloud)Manage Identity and Access Management across various Cloud platformsOversee Cloud secrets management, including deployment, rotation, and tooling integrationDesign and implement centralized observability and monitoring/alerting solutions for availabilityAssist with the implementation of Cloud Security policies and guardrailsCreate and maintain Terraform IaC for architectural consistency and securityDesign and implement best practices for operational excellence, security, reliability, performance, efficiency, and cost optimizationCreate and maintain documentation related to the Morgan Stanley Cloud ProgramMentor junior team members on secure Cloud Ops design principles and IaCAWS Cloud Architect Associate certification or equivalent3+ years hands-on AWS Support experience5+ years hands-on experience in Information Technology, preferably in financial servicesStrong knowledge of Terraform or Python-based orchestration tooling and source control experience (GitHub)Contract Length: 1 yearLocation: Seattle, WAHybrid: Onsite 2 to 3 days per week.Pay RatePay range: $75-85/hr
