By recognizing and leveraging the unique strengths of each associate, you'll help build a collaborative and inclusive workplace that delivers exceptional results.In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing key manufacturing objectives, optimizing staffing and Work in Progress (WIP) levels, and ensuring efficient machine utilization. You'll coach and coordinate team members to meet production, quality, and cost targets while upholding safety and operational standards. Your leadership will be essential in facilitating communication across shifts, integrating new processes, and supporting equipment maintenance. You'll also play a hands-on role in training, performance evaluation, and fostering a culture of recognition and accountability.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory experience requiredBA/BS degree and manufacturing experience preferredProven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teamsStrong multitasking and prioritization abilitiesExperience in training and continuous improvement initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in AGS and Microsoft Office applicationsWill be required to complete a Leadership Assessment which will be used in a behavior-based interviewOur Commitment to YouAt Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
