By recognizing and leveraging the unique strengths of each associate, you'll help build a collaborative and inclusive workplace that delivers exceptional results.In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing key manufacturing objectives, optimizing staffing and Work in Progress (WIP) levels, and ensuring efficient machine utilization. You'll coach and coordinate team members to meet production, quality, and cost targets while upholding safety and operational standards. Your leadership will be essential in facilitating communication across shifts, integrating new processes, and supporting equipment maintenance.
