The ideal candidates will work closely with supervisors and staff, handling a variety of clerical and office tasks independently, with minimal supervision. Proficiency in office software and a strong understanding of office routines, organization, and procedures are essential.Key Responsibilities:Manage phone services and appointment schedulingAssist visitors and handle visitor servicesCoordinate meetings, teleconferences, and book conference roomsDistribute information and manage internal communicationsOrder office supplies and handle copying, faxing, and graphics requestsManage records and data, ensuring accurate tracking and filingAssist with desktop processing and correspondence trackingCoordinate travel arrangements and time/labor collectionProvide support for property management and office movesAssist with training coordination, information services, and special events Qualifications:Education:High School Diploma requiredExperience:1-2 years of office experience or equivalent Additional Requirements:Ability to lift and move items weighing 20+ lbs.Prior experience with NASA or related contracts preferred; active NASA badge is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust pass regular background checks and drug screeningsFedSync is an Equal Opportunity Employer:We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, gender, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factors.
