Operations Manager

Overview In this role, you oversee all store operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving profitability. You work closely with the General Manager and Store Support Center to lead inventory accuracy, human resources, loss prevention, and customer service at a high-volume location. You ensure safety, brand standards, and efficient scheduling to support the team's performance.
