Emergency Medicine physician employment in Arkansas : An established Hyperbaric and Wound Care Center in Rogers, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time Physician to step into a Medical Director role. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated wound care and hyperbaric medicine team, including three experienced mid-level providers.You?ll be part of a comprehensive limb salvage program that collaborates closely with specialists in infectious disease, vascular surgery, cardiology, orthopedics, and general surgery to provide high-quality, team-based patient care. This position is outpatient only, with no night, weekend, or call responsibilities.About the Opportunity:Base salary around 230k plus generous production bonusesMedical benefits, 4 weeks of PTO annually, 5 days of CME with expense allowanceGreat work-life balance schedule: No nights, weekends, or callDuties and Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat new and follow-up patients for wound careDiagnose wounds and underlying conditions using ICD-10Develop and manage patient care plans in coordination with the broader healthcare teamCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providersSupervise hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatmentsPerform advanced wound care procedures (e.g., debridement, grafts)Qualifications:Active Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)HBO certification is required (expenses for training and travel may be covered)Experience in wound care is a plusLocation:The Rogers Area is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the nation, but the heart and soul of small-town America are still alive and well here.
