This role involves delivering patient-centered mental health care in an inpatient setting while ensuring safety and therapeutic support.Must-Have Skills:Active Oklahoma RN License Strong behavioral health / psychiatric nursing experience Ability to manage diverse patient populations (Peds–Geriatric) Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience Required:Minimum 3 year of RN experience Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience preferredKey Responsibilities:• Provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting• Monitor patient conditions and respond to psychiatric emergencies• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed• Develop and implement individualized care plans• Support patients through therapeutic communication• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (McKesson)• Ensure patient safety and compliance with facility protocolsCloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #296168.
