Job Title: Vehicle Operations Logistics SpecialistsLocation: Any Manheim location (Hybrid-Onsite 1 day at Manheim location )Duration: 6+ Months ContractThe Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists will facilitate and manage the process of transportation of customer vehicles within an assigned region.Hybrid – ability to work remotely one day per week at a Manheim location within the North Region (see attached map)Job Requirements:Required:1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordAbility to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver resultsExcellent customer service and multi-tasking skillsHigh attention to detail including precise data entryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check and drug test required.Preferred:Some college education1+ years' experience in transportation field or automotive auction house1+ years' experience in sales or call center
