In this role, you will oversee and guide a team of psychotherapists while managing a smaller caseload of patients. This role involves supervision, mentorship, and quality assurance to ensure that services provided align with best practices in the mental health field. The manager/supervisor will play a key role in clinical operations, contribute to program development, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. This position is ideal for someone ready to lead by example and inspire a team within a supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical supervision to psychotherapists, ensuring adherence to evidence-basedpractices and agency policiesReview and approve clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plansMaintain a reduced caseload, providing therapy and support services to clientsConduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional developmentLead staff meetings and training sessionsDevelop and implement new clinical programsOversee crisis intervention services and provide direct support during high-risk casesManage staff schedules and case assignments to ensure effective workflowMonitor client outcomes, staff productivity, and quality of careAddress client complaints and ensure prompt resolutionParticipate in hiring and onboarding new clinical staffDevelop and manage clinical program budgetsRequired SkillsAdvanced knowledge of clinical/counseling principles, supervision techniques, and mental health program managementExperience providing clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists or clinical staffExpertise in various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, Client-Centered, etc.)Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and culturally competent practicesProficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platformsKnowledge of legal and ethical issues related to mental health practice, patient confidentiality, and compliance requirementsAvailability for two evening shifts and one weekend shift per weekQualificationsMasters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleExperience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challengesExperience with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, orsubstance abuse treatmentThis is a remote position.
