The College Planning Consultant will work closely with high school students and their families to create personalized college preparation plans, provide recommendations on financial planning for higher education, and assist with college and scholarship applications. Key responsibilities include counseling families, assessing academic and extracurricular profiles, and offering guidance on college readiness and career aspirations.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and ability to assess students' academic and extracurricular profiles.Expertise in Planning and Financial Planning to develop tailored college preparation strategies.Exceptional Communication skills for effective counseling and providing clear, comprehensive guidance to families.Experience in Consulting or working with students and families in educational planning.Knowledge of college admissions processes and financial aid systems is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients effectively.
