🔍 What You’ll DoIn Your First 6–12 Months, You’llAnalyze and improve existing manufacturing processes from cradle to grave.Own continuous improvement projects, driving measurable gains in quality, efficiency, safety, and ergonomics.Support cross-functional teams with root cause analysis, CAPAs, and defect reduction (e.g., mold cracking, non-fills).Develop and implement standards, training materials, and SOPs for operators and leaders.Lead or assist in capital projects—from ROI justification to implementation.Support environmental compliance, including hazardous material disposal and site audits.Take over process auditing responsibilities, including ISO compliance and external/internal audits.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesConduct time studies and validate manufacturing standards.Recommend and implement tooling and method improvements.Drive corrective actions for manufacturing and customer quality issues.Partner with maintenance and production to troubleshoot tooling/equipment issues.Research and apply best practices, automation solutions, and ergonomic improvements.Support the design for manufacturability of new products and processes.👥 You’ll Work Closely WithProduction operators and shift supervisorsMaintenance and Engineering teamsLeadership⚙️ What You BringRequiredBachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering—or equivalent technical experience2+ years in a manufacturing environment (assembly, molding, stamping, or tooling preferred)Working knowledge of CAD and Microsoft ExcelExperience with root cause analysis toolsStrong communication skills—you’re a relationship-builder, not just a problem-solverHigh floor presence—this is an 80–90% hands-on rolePreferredLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certificationExposure to injection molding, compression molding, or press operationsFamiliarity with ISO or other regulated quality environmentsERP/MRP systems knowledge✅ How We Measure SuccessWithin Your First Year, We Expect You ToBe fluent in all plant processes and identify major improvement opportunitiesDrive measurable improvements in OLE, scrap reduction, safety metrics, and PPMsSuccessfully close corrective action reports and support CAPA trackingLead at least one capital project and support several CI initiativesOwn and lead ISO process auditing and RR Enclosures compliance💼 Why Join Robroy?You’ll own impactful projects and see the results on the floorYou’ll join a high-integrity, collaborative team where initiative is rewardedYou’ll work in a company that values quality, safety, and continuous improvementYou’ll grow with us—technically and professionally📩 Ready to Get Started?If you’re ready to bring your hands-on engineering skills to a company that values action, initiative, and impact—apply now and start building something better.
