Chairside Dental Assistant - General Dentistry

Compensation:
$18 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during various dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, bone grafts, and implant surgeries
Perform digital radiographs, Panoramic, and CBCT radiographs when necessary
Adhere to the highest standards of sterilization and infection control procedures
Utilize an iTerol scanner
Prepare the operatory before each dental procedure
Ensure smooth office workflow and efficiency
Provide support for front desk tasks whenever required within the skill set
Support dentists during Invisalign and cosmetic cases
Fabrication of whitening trays
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Chairside & Sterile Dental Assistant position in Woodbridge Township, NJ, US, you must have a current Radiology certification
Prior experience as a dental assistant is preferred for this role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
The ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team atmosphere is a must
Punctuality and reliability are key qualities needed for this position
A warm and welcoming personality and professionalism are essential for this role
New graduates are welcome to apply
Experience with Dentrix software is preferred
Essential attributes include dependability, strong time management, professionalism, teamwork, effective communication, and organizational skills
Phlebotomy training is a plus
Cross-trained applicants are a plus
