Senior Product Manager

Title: Senior Product Manager - Ancillary Revenue ProductsLocation: - Bethesda, MD 20814 (Hybrid – (1-3 days onsite/week)) Hire Type: Contract Job Summary:The Senior Manager for Ancillary Revenue Products is responsible for the analysis, planning, and coordination of technology activities for developing ancillary revenue products. This role will collaborate with Commerce, Hotel Operations, Digital, Loyalty business partners, a mix of internal technology teams, and 3rd party vendors to drive the successful delivery of technology solutions. This includes enterprise compliance, security, and technical due diligence projects. In addition, the role also includes working with multiple different SaaS Vendors that provide applications for supporting Tours and Activities, SPA, Golf, Table Management and Digital Dining operations at Properties.The Senior Manager will demonstrate management skills and leadership in a highly matrixed environment. They must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders on numerous competing priorities. The candidate will have an analytical and technical/software engineering background with a proven record of creative solutioning and problem-solving. In addition, the candidate will have experience in evaluating SaaS/COTS solutions and developing multi-year technology product roadmaps.The Senior Manager will perform the following activities:Coordinate and drive the cross-functional execution of key development activities with our 3rd party vendors, internal technology teams, and business partnersPartner with Enterprise Architecture teams to create Business/ Solution Architecture for new applications and integrationsDefine, document and socialize product requirements - document business and technical use cases, Acceptance Criteria, workflows, and wireframes to support and lead development of new functionality, new solutions through service provider and vendor teams.Coordinate and lead Quality Engineering activities and acceptance of system changes between vendors and MI business partnersCoordinate with support teams for incident resolution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prioritize defect fixes, Root Cause remediation in the product backlog.Evaluate product improvements and new technical solutions to align with business objectivesCANDIDATE PROFILE:Required Education and Experience:7+ years' experience in information technology application design or development projectsUndergraduate degreeDemonstrated project leadership and management skills, including a demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional project teams and 3rd party vendors to deliver concrete actions and resultsDemonstrated ability to deliver results under challenging conditions, particularly when faced with complexity, ambiguity, and aggressive timelinesDemonstrated ability to assess customer needs, creatively approach solutions, and decide and influence appropriate courses of actionHands-on experience with cloud-native microservices, API development, and event-driven architectures.Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Dynatrace), and containerization.Experience with JIRA and ConfluenceStrong project management skills (PMI certification a plus)Strong process management, negotiating, influencing, and problem-resolution skillsExperience completing information technology cost/resource estimates to implement and support solutionsExcellent communicator, both written and spokenExperience with Agile Development methodology and tools (CSPO or CSM certification a plus)Experience in using AI tools for Requirements documentation and TestingPreferred:Familiarity with hospitality industry applications and processesExperience working with 3rd party vendors and service providersFamiliarity with Golf, SPA operations, technology and or marketingFamiliarity with Client's existing information architecture, application portfolio, and information management methodology
